For over two centuries the same family has been taking care of this farm, which takes its name from the house of the owners. The company covers about 100 hectares and organically cultivates vines, olives, cereals, oil fodder and a small orchard. The farmyard animals, the vegetable garden, and the plots destined for typical crops of the area such as spelled, ancient grains and anise are destined to the specific agritourism activity that are used to introduce guests to the local culinary tradition based above all on farinaceous and vegetables.

In recent years the cultivation of ancient grain varieties such as "Solina" and "Senatore Cappelli" has developed, as well as the production of jams, grape juice, wines: "Chardonnay IGT", "Pecorino DOCG" and "Marche Rosso IGT" .
